Deloitte Adds to Capital Project Practice

Mark W. Cohen has re-joined Big Four accounting firm Deloitte LLP, where he will serve as director in the firm’s Financial Advisory Services LLP.

“We welcome him back to Deloitte where he will play a pivotal role in furthering the growth of our global capital projects practice,” Mark Pighini, Deloitte’s capital projects practice leader, said in a statement.

Prior to returning to Deloitte, Cohen was a senior vice president and the head of the construction consulting practice of a global insurance company in New York. Before that, he served as a senior manager in the capital projects practice of Deloitte FAS.

Cohen has more than 20 years of experience handling dispute resolution, project advisory and risk management for domestic and international engineering and construction projects.

In addition, Cohen presented expert witness testimony in international venues, including the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitrations, as well as in U.S. courts.
