Deloitte Bolsters Projects Consulting Practice

Big Four firm Deloitte has strengthened its capital projects consulting unit, appointing veteran Michael Hostettler as a director within its Financial Advisory Services arm.

Hostettler background includes 30 years; experience in experience in construction, engineering, transportation, government, real estate and capital improvement across a wide range of industries including public works, energy, commercial, multi-residential and industrial development.

He will be based in Los Angeles.

In addition, he has provided a number of other services including expert witness testimony, economic and delay analyses, fraud investigations and process management.

In his new role, Hostettler will consult with both public and private sector clients on capital construction projects, and will assist with any litigation needs.

He comes aboard Deloitte following a stint as a director with a California-based litigation and consulting organization, leading its construction practice in the West.
