Managerial Design, a management process consulting firm based in Oakville, Ontario, merged with Deloitte on Monday.

"The addition of 32 colleagues from Managerial Design strengthens our practice's commitment to provide clients with innovative solutions to improve performance through leadership."
Deloitte associate partner Allison Christilaw, a former managing director at Managerial Design, commented on the fit between the two organization. "Managerial Design and Deloitte share a strong cultural fit and similar values, including an emphasis on client success and growth,” she said. “Our clients will continue to receive the same quality and experience they have come to expect, while gaining access to Deloitte's resources and global thought leadership."
