Dixon Hughes Goodman Hires Ben Redman as Partner

Ben Redman has joined Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP as a new partner. Redman will lead the transaction advisory practice in the firm’s New York office.

Redman has more than 15 years of public accounting experience and spent over eight years in transaction advisory services roles at a Big Four firm.

Redman's transaction advisory experience includes navigating complicated transactions for corporate buyers and private equity groups with a primary focus on middle market transactions. He has dedicated much of his career to conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence for clients in a variety of industries with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to more than $1 billion.

Prior to Dixon Hughes Goodman, Redman was a director in the transaction advisory services practice at a national accounting firm where he worked with private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers. Redman led the national transaction advisory services Business Services Industry team in addition to participating in the firm’s national sell side initiative where he focused on the expansion of sell side due diligence services.

Redman is a graduate of Marshall University with B.A. in business and Wake Forest University with a M.B.A. in business. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the AICPA.
