Doeren Mayhew, a Top 50 Firm based in Troy, Michigan, has expanded to the greater Atlanta region with the addition of AGL CPA Group, in Duluth, Georgia, effective July 16.
AGL brings more than 20 employees to Doeren Mayhew. Jay Robbins will act as the managing principal in the region, while its other partners Bradley Sienkiewicz, Jim Leutenegger, Justin Bailey and Daniel Cassandra will join the firm's leadership team as principals.

The transaction establishes Doeren Mayhew's presence in the region with a new Duluth office and strengthens the capabilities of several of its practice areas, including tax, audit, transaction advisory, CFO advisory, manufacturing, construction, real estate and professional services.

AGL marks Doeren Mayhew's sixth addition this year. The firm recently expanded in the Houston and West Michigan areas with the acquisitions of
