IMGCAP(1)]At the May partnership meeting of Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly, the firm's partners elected Fargo partner Mark Martens to serve as chair, and Mankato partner Linda Koerselman to serve as vie chair. They also elected Sioux Falls partner Kevin Doyle and Fargo partner Rick Steen to join the board.
Both Martens and Koerselman were already members of the board.
[IMGCAP(2)]Martens is chair of Eide Bailly's insurance industry group, and department head of the Fargo audit practice. Koerselman serves as director of the financial institutes industry group.
Doyle specializes in utility and telecoms clients, while Steen works with clients in merger, management and affiliation analyses, as well as well as business planning and corporate restructuring. Both have over 30 years of experience in public accounting.
