Eide Bailly Hires New Partner

Brenda Blunt has joined Top 100 Firm Eide Bailly LLP as a partner within the firm’s nonprofit practice. Blunt will work out of the firm's Phoenix office.

Blunt has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, income tax, consulting and audits. She is also specialized in assisting nonprofit organizations with tax compliance, multi-entity structures, multi-state issues, establishing tax-exempt status and income, property, payroll and sales tax planning.

Prior to Eide Bailly, Blunt was a shareholder at Mayer Hoffman McCann PC, where she provided audit services to nonprofit organizations as well as private and public companies. She also served as a managing director at CBIZ MHM and held a senior accountant position at Ernst & Young and Allen, Chew & Co.

Blunt was the founding chairperson for the Arizona Society of CPAs’ Not-for-Profit Section Steering Committee.
