Emerging Information Systems Inc. has launched a new financial planning software product, NaviPlan Select.

The software includes client engagement tools to help advisors gain deeper insights into client and prospect needs, as well as modular planning levels for both simple and sophisticated plans.

NaviPlan Select includes an Interactive Scenario Manager feature that shows how a “what-if” strategy would affect a client’s entire plan, including the impact on all of the client’s goals, net worth and cash flow. Slider bars have been added to change key assumptions on client goals. Advisors can review side-by-side scenario comparisons and change nearly every element of the alternative strategy to optimize their recommendations – all on one screen.

“NaviPlan Select gives you a 360-view of your clients’ plans so you can see at a glance how a change in one goal will affect the overall plan,” said EISI president and CEO Dr. Mark Evans in a statement. “

Advisors can choose the planning modules they want for a given client, and only the relevant sections will be presented in the software. Plans can be goal or cash flow-based, and advisors can use average or bracketed tax rates.
