Equation Technologies has acquired the Sage practice of Balgord Software Solutions, a provider of business application software for small to midsized companies and nonprofit organizations with a focus on Sage ERP Accpac, Sage CRM, and Sage Fundraising solutions.
Balgord Software Solutions has 18 years of experience in the industry and has been recognized as one of the top Sage partners in Canada. The firm said it has successfully implemented hundreds of accounting, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and fundraising systems. In addition to augmenting Equation Technologies’ practice with Balgord’s implementation team, the acquisition will provide Balgord clients with access to Equation’s full range of solutions for professional services, human resources, payroll and benefits, and talent management.
Balgord Software Solutions president Annette Balgord will join Equation Technologies as a partner in the firm and will lead the Sage practice. Over the years Balgord Software Solutions has earned the Accpac Partner of the Year award, Sage President's Circle, Accounting Today magazine's "Technology Pacesetter", and the Sage Customer Excellence Award.
