The campaign – which includes two television commercials titled “Glass Ceilings” and “The Usual?” – lead into the inaugural KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit and groundbreaking KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in June. … According to new research conducted by CohnReznick LLP, after multiple quarters of continued and sustained growth, the number of initial public offerings in the United States dropped by 57 percent over the same period in 2014.Through March 20, 2015, only 32 IPOs priced, compared to 74 in Q1 2014. The decrease in IPO activity was particularly felt among middle market companies (companies with market caps between $10 million and $2 billion post IPO) which saw only 27 IPOs in Q1 2015, compared to 62 in Q1 2014. Moreover, if annual IPO activity continues at the Q1 pace, the United States is on track to tally only 135 IPOs in 2015 and stands to lose more than 140,000 jobs as a result. TEXAS

The Weaver Private Foundation named Feed the Children as the Charity of Choice for the fiscal year 2014-15. The Foundation contributed a total of $50,000 to the organization in conjunction with local partner agencies in Texas communities where Weaver, the largest independent accounting firm in the Southwest, has offices. More than 115 Weaver employees volunteered approximately 575 hours at four locations throughout Texas to help distribute food for local Feed the Children partner agencies.
