Windes & McClaughry Accountancy Corp. has opened a third Los Angeles County office, in downtown Los Angeles at 601 South Figueroa Street, Suite 4950. Peter Lee is the lead partner dedicated to the office.

 

FLORIDA

GellerRagans, Orlando, has split off from Massachusetts-based CCR LLP. The two firms originally merged in January 2010. ... Argy, Wiltse & Robinson PC has expanded in South Florida with larger offices in Fort Lauderdale, at the intersection of Cypress Creek Road and Interstate 95. The firm also hired Ari Roloff as director of practice development, and plans an office open house on May 3.

 

NEW YORK

Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, Amherst, has joined firm network AGN International - North America Inc. Formed in 1994, the firm has a staff of 80. ... WTP Advisors, White Plains, has launched a new division, Global Business Incentives, to help companies identify and negotiate incentive packages offered by governments. Paul Lo will lead the group.

 

OHIO

Six professionals at Sikich LLP, Aurora, have been licensed, trained and certified to facilitate a business evaluation process called the Corporate Body Scan, which is part of the Parkland Group Inc.'s SOAR to Strategic Excellence business improvement process, that allows Sikich to begin providing high-level business consulting to middle-market clients. The six Sikich members are Tom Bayer, Nathan Catt, Mike Palmatier, George Malina, Larry Maholland and Joe Kulek.

 

TEXAS

Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas PC, Houston, recently hosted a 27-member delegation from the China Petroleum & Chemical Corp., one of China's largest integrated energy and chemical companies, at the request of the Houston Mayor's Office for International Trade and Development.
