Firms named to ‘Best Workplaces for Parents 2021’ list

Great Place to Work published its 2021 list of the “50 Best Workplaces for Parents,” which featured a number of top accounting firms and related businesses.

The list was determined by gathering confidential employee feedback from 6 million U.S. employees across more than 20 industries. Respondents were asked to rate factors such as trust and fairness within their organization, as well as leadership and parental leave benefits, including adoption, flexible schedules, childcare and dependent health care benefits.

The eligible companies also had to meet the Great Place to Work-certified standard and have at least 50 responses submitted from working parents.

The accounting firms and related businesses on the list include:
