Gary W. Fleming, CPA, a partner and firmwide director of taxation at Henry & Horne, has been named president of the Arizona State Board of Accountancy for 2011-2012.
He was originally appointed to the board in 2007 by then-Governor Janet Napolitano.
A partner at Henry & Horne since 1996, he joined the firm in 1991. Prior to that, he held worked in the tax consulting groups of two national and one local firm in Los Angeles and Phoenix.
He holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with a Tax Specialization from Brigham Young University.
