FloQast updates UI, reaches Sage Intacct customer milestone

Financial close software provider FloQast has updated its user interface to appear less garish and more muted in color and appearance. The change was made just in time for the Sage Intacct user conference, held this year in Las Vegas from Oct. 17-20, where the company also announced it had reached one one million accounts reconciled for its Sage Intacct customers.

Whereas previously, buttons indicating late or unfinished tasks would be colored bright orange, and when complete, bright green. Now, similarly to how on-off sliders in an iPhone appear, the buttons are green when the task is on time, and greyed out when it is late.

Overall, the look of FloQast’s software in general now has a soft blue and white theme. This fits in more with the overall tenor of financial software on the market, chief marketing officer Wynn White said.

To highlight the one million reconciliations milestone with Sage Intacct, FloQast CEO and co-founder Michael Whitmire, CPA, stated, “Oftentimes, Sage Intacct organizations are rapidly growing entities seeking to improve the efficiencies of their financial planning and analysis operations. For this reason, we integrated with the cloud financial management software since our inception. Our hand-in-glove fit with Sage Intacct -- from both a technology and business standpoint - means more and more Sage Intacct clients are turning to FloQast to meet their close management needs, helping fuel our growth.”
