Accounting Transition Advisors, a consultancy specializing in accounting firm M&A and succession planning, has brought high-profile consultant Chris Frederiksen aboard as its West Coast partner.
ATA said Frederiksen, will help expand its presence into Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Utah in addition to increasing its presence in California and Arizona. In addition to working with ATA on mergers and acquisitions consulting, Frederiksen, who also helms the 2020 Group will continue to provide a full range of consulting services.
“We anticipate that Chris will develop opportunities in ATA’s West Coast Territory and beyond, making ATA the dominant M&A advisory firm in all the major markets of North America,” said ATA CEO Terry Putney.
