Fruci & Associates has agreed to acquire MartinelliMick PLLC of Spokane, Wash.
MartinelliMick, which works closely with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provides auditing services to publicly traded and privately held companies that are considering an IPO. The new addition will give Fruci the opportunity to serve the public and private sector within the financial services industry.
Fruci stated that auditing services for publicly traded companies is a “unique offering in the Spokane area.” It noted that there are only a few firms that are “equipped” to function as auditors for companies operating as a public company.
MartinelliMick principals Melanie Sexton Mick and John Webster will join the firm as partners.
