Fuoco Group Merges in CIRA Practice

Consulting and accounting firm Fuoco Group LLP merged in the Florida accounting firm Donna Seidenberg PA on Tuesday.

Effective March 1, Seidenberg and the staff at her Coral Springs, Fla.-based accounting firm will be joining Fuoco Group’s Boca Raton office, expanding Fuoco’s homeowners’ association services. Seidenberg will be contributing her expertise on the financial aspects of CIRA (common-interest realty associations) and assist in budgeting, bookkeeping, bill-paying and identifying areas for cost savings.

“We are very excited about Donna joining us,” said Fuoco’s director of North Palm Beach, Mitchell Zachary. “She is a distinguished accountant in the CIRA field and we look forward to her helping us not only in that field but also in growing our presence in the South Palm Beach and Broward County market.”

Seidenberg has been providing CIRA accounting and tax services for over 30 years. The firm has helped more than 100 associations of all sizes with accounting and tax services ranging from assessment collection and bill-paying through preparation of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements for associations.

“In today’s economic environment, there truly is strength in numbers,” said Fuoco Group managing partner Lou Fuoco. “We welcome all of the Donna Seidenberg PA clients, friends and associates to the Fuoco Group family. With the addition of Donna and her team, Fuoco Group now has over 20 professionals available to provide accounting and consulting services to South Florida.”
