Gallina LLP has acquired Tueffers, Guckian & Gamon PLLC.

“This move furthers Gallina's vision to be a nationally recognized premier firm while also creating great career opportunities for the talented people of both firms,” said Larry Taylor, managing partner at Gallina. “It also expands Gallina's audit and tax practices while increasing our firm’s presence in the Pacific Northwest.”

Taylor noted that the two firms complementeach other well, with Gallina deriving more than 60 percent of its revenue from the construction industry while TG&G focuses on that industry.

“We’re looking forward to developing new opportunities in the region,” said Teresa Arrighi, regional managing partner for the Pacific Northwest at Gallina. “Gallina already has well-known expertise in the construction industry and with the addition of the TG&G personnel joining us, we see this as a great way to build on their excellent reputation and relationships.”

Headquartered in Washington, TG&G has served the construction industry with clients in Alaska, Hawaii and Washington for more than 30 years. Principals at TG&G, including Mark Tueffers, Colette Guckian and David Gamon, have transitioned into the partner group at Gallina LLP.

At this time, TG&G will remain at its current location in Mercer Island, Wash.
