Greatland Corporation has acquired with its two brands and

The two online brands provide small and midsize businesses with W-2 and 1099 forms, a specialty of Greatland’s, along with customized checks and other banking forms. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Portland, Ore.-based has been operating and since 1997. Greatland plans to transition customers of both sites in the weeks ahead, and business operations will relocate to Greatland's Grand Rapids, Mich., headquarters. Greatland’s existing staff will handle the service and support for and clients. Prior to the acquisition, had only two full-time employees.

Greatland plans to expand the range of product and service offerings for and customers, including full state reporting support, along with software and mobile apps to improve reporting efficiency.
