Greatland, a provider of W-2 and 1099 products, has shuttered its ImageOne subsidiary and folded it under the Greatland brand.
ImageOne, which Greatland acquired in 2005, provided in-stock and custom-created presentation supplies, such as custom folders, envelopes, postcards, and stationery.
Greatland said the dissoluton of ImageOne was part of its ongoing strategy toward focusing on its core services.
Greatland said that current ImageOne customers in the small business or tax and accounting arena will now be served under the Greatland banner or under the company's Nelco brand. All customer accounts will automatically transition to the appropriate Greatland entity, effective immediately.
