Bradley H. Greenberg, CPA, MST, has been promoted to partner at Chicago-area accounting firm Silver Lerner Schwartz & Fertel.
"Brad's extensive experience serving closely held businesses and their owners with specialized and complex tax planning is a key reason why we've promoted him to partner," said managing partner Michael Perlman.
Greenberg's clients comprise businesses, business owners, individuals and U.S. corporations doing business abroad. His services include federal and state income tax planning, state and local taxation services, and consultation on merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining the firm as a senior manager four years ago, Greenberg spent six years at Big Four firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Greenberg holds a Bachelor's Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's in Taxation from DePaul University.
