GT Names Conahan as CMO

Global accounting and business advisory firm Grant Thornton named Tricia Conahan as chief marketing and sales officer to the Chicago-based organization.

A 25-year veteran  of marketing and branding, she was most recently senior vice president of brand and acquisition at financial services conglomerate JPMorgan Chase, where she spearheaded the rebranding of the Washington Mutual franchise to Chase’s retail banking network following Chase’s acquisition of WaMu.

Prior to this, she served as senior vice president and head of brand marketing at ING and also held senior marketing posts at RealEstate.com, McGraw-Hill Inc., Time Warner and Times Mirror Magazines.
