Discount small business software provider has released an updated version of its payroll software ezPaycheck to address customers’ custom reporting needs.

ezPaycheck software is designed to automate paycheck processes to reduce the time spent on running payroll. The software’s graphic interface leads users step-by-step through setting up employee information, importing data, calculating payroll—including calculation of federal, state and local taxes; deductions for Medicare, insurance and 401(k) plans; and printing paychecks.

The updated ezPaycheck payroll software boasts customizable payroll reporting dates; export reports; auto-fill paycheck data, including pay period start and end dates and check-printing dates; customizable tax and deduction features; annual income tax rate updates for all 50 states, Washington D.C., and federal taxes; multiple options for check-printing formats; and options for printing IRS Form 940 and 941.

“This latest update provides more flexibility for a wider range of customers,” said founder Dr. Ge. “Running a business is tough enough without the hassles of running payroll and writing paychecks by hand. ezPaycheck provides business owners and payroll managers with a powerful tool for automating that process at a price that's affordable for any business.”

ezPaycheck is available for $89 per installation and comes with  a 30-day free trial for new users.
