Barry Levine has joined Hein & Associates as director of business advisory services.
In his new position, Levine will work with clients on strategic growth planning, business performance improvement, M&A, exit planning, and turnarounds and restructurings.
"Barry's extensive transactional and operating experience significantly rounds out our firm's business advisory services offerings," said Hein managing partner Brian Mandell-Rice. "I am pleased with the high level of value this will bring to our client base."
Levine brings close to three decades of private and public company experience, including a variety of executive management positions, and also co-founded a middle-market consumer products company. He also has an extensive legal background, including six years as an attorney with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
