Lynn Henley, CPA, has joined Top 100 Firm Armanino McKenna LLP as a tax partner in the San Francisco financial district office.
A specialist in tax-exempt organizations, Henley will focus on providing tax consulting and compliance services to public charities, private foundations and other TEOs.
"The degree of specialization and knowledge that Lynn possesses gives our tax-exempt clients access to a level of maturity, experience and insight into the intricacies of a nuanced area of practice that will directly benefit these organizations," said AM managing partner Armanino. Prior to joining Armanino McKenna, Henley was a tax partner at a regional accounting firm in San Francisco, where she was responsible for all aspects of a tax consulting and compliance practice. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for the accounting staff, and the development and presentation of educational seminars for clients.
Henley holds a Bachelor's in English from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master's in Taxation from San Francisco State University.
