Henry & Horne, LLP has acquired Anderson, Church & Co. PLLC in Arizona, effective December 1.

Founding partner Eric Church and his team will be based out of the firm’s Tempe office.

“We are convinced that our decision to merge with Henry & Horne, LLP is the right move for our clients and team members,” he said. “It will allow us to expand on our specialties, allow our team members more opportunities to grow in new areas and ensure our clients continue to receive the highest level of service with access to additional personnel and resources.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Henry & Horne, also based in Tempe, ranked 13th on Accounting Today’s 2015 Regional Leaders list for the Southwest, with $20.1 million in annual revenue.

Anderson, Church & Co. PLLC has been serving businesses and individuals across Arizona for 40 years. Combined the two firms boast nearly 100 years of experience in the accounting profession.

“We can’t be more excited to welcome the wonderful people at Anderson, Church & Co. PLLC to our growing team,” said Henry & Horne co-managing partners Chuck Goodmiller and Chuck Inderieden in a joint statement. “They are a fantastic group of experienced professionals who are committed to offering the highest levels of client service, making them a perfect fit in the Henry & Horne, LLP team.”
