CPA and business advisory firm Henry & Horne has acquired Ringel Business Valuation Services for undisclosed terms.
The merger became effective August 2.
Gary Ringel, former president of Phoenix-based Ringel Valuation Services, now serves as managing director of Henry & Horne LLP Valuation and Litigation Support Services Group. At the beginning of this year, Ringel split with his former partner, Lynton Kotzin, and Ringel Kotzin Valuation Services became two separate businesses: Ringel Business Valuation Services and Kotzin Valuation Partners.
A 110-person firm, Henry & Horne has three Arizona offices in Tempe, Scottsdale and Casa Grande, and services both closely held businesses and high net worth individuals.
