CPA and advisory firm Howard, Wershbale & Co. has merged in the firm of Cummins Krasik & Hohl, effective January 1.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Going forward, CKH partner Bert Cummins will join HWCO, along with five staff members. The firm's niche specialties include senior and long-term care clients.
