Jackson Hewitt to hire 15,000 employees

Jackson Hewitt is hiring 15,000 seasonal employees for the upcoming tax season during a National Hiring Week, starting Nov. 3. 

The tax prep chain's more than 5,200 company- and independently-owned and operated franchises are recruiting for a variety of full- and part-time roles in tax preparation, client support, sales and customer services. The hiring events are open to the public and include on-site interviews. Qualified candidates may receive a job offer immediately. 

"This upcoming tax-filing season will be one of the most significant in recent history due to the major tax law changes that went into effect for 2025, estimated to impact millions of hardworking Americans," Gregory Macfarlane, CEO and president of Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, said in a statement. "In addition our National Hiring Week event is about finding individuals who are eager to learn and want to make a meaningful difference helping those in their communities successfully navigate the filing of their annual tax return."
