KPMG and Thomson Reuters are partnering to help companies improve their governance, risk and compliance processes via Paisley GRC software.
The alliance formalizes a business relationship built over the past two years. Thomson Reuters acquired Paisley last December, with its Enterprise GRC and GRC on Demand software. The software includes components for financial controls management, operational risk management, enterprise risk management, internal audit management, information technology governance and compliance. KPMG will provide consulting services to help clients better align their internal audit and GRC processes.
