Lacey Armstrong has joined Indianapolis-based Top 100 Firm Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP as learning and development manager.

At KSM, Armstrong will lead all employee learning and development efforts, including overseeing CPE, developing a position-specific competency framework, creating a learning curriculum, coaching around individual development plans, and the evolution of the firm's performance management processes.

Prior to joining the firm, she provided leadership development and HR support to over 600 employees at Carrington Mortgage Holdings.

She holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
