Lange & Associates, P.C., a Fort Worth public accounting and consulting firm, has acquired the practice of M. Dan King, CPA, also of Fort Worth, in a transaction effective November 1.
M. Dan King, CPA, P.C., had provided tax planning, preparation and financial reporting services in Fort Worth for over 38 years.
King and his employees will join Lange & Associates, P.C. on a permanent basis, according to Lange & Associates managing partner Field Lange. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal will expand the Lange & Associates professional staff to 11, including three CPAs. Lange & Associates., founded in 1996, will continue to provide tax planning, preparation and financial reporting services to businesses and families from offices in Fort Worth.
