Lewis Group CPAs acquired specialty-trades accounting firm Atlas Accounting Group in April, expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwest, according to a report by the Vancouver Business Journal.
Atlas provides bookkeeping, financial reporting and operational support to contractors, HVAC companies, electricians, plumbers and solar businesses. Lewis Group, also based in Vancouver, offers tax preparation, advisory, virtual CFO support and audit protection programs to businesses and high-net-worth individuals across Washington and Oregon.
The deal combines Atlas's trades specialty and Lewis's full-service tax practice.
