Dallas-area CPA Calvin Brown, founder of CD Brown and Associates, a CPA and business advisory firm, has launched Small Biz Champ, an accounting franchise concept.

Targeting small businesses from start-up to roughly $2 million in revenue, the franchised units will provide basic bookkeeping, accounting, payroll processing, tax preparation and advisory services, and personal financial planning.
