Branko J. Marusic has joined St. Louis-based CPA firm Stone Carlie & Co. to direct its state and local tax practice.
An attorney and a CPA, Marusic has previously served as Missouri state tax expert for a Big Four firm, and founded Prsim Tax Solutions. He has also argued state and local tax cases in front of state supreme courts.
"Branko is a well-known advisor on state and local taxes and will provide our clients with the knowledge and planning they need to accurately assess the various tax risks and costs that exist when doing business in a particular state," said Stone Carlie managing partner Jeff Ward.
