Mazars Unites Law Firms

International accounting firm Mazars has created a new law firm out of the four independent European law firms that previously served it.

The new firm, known as Marccus Partners, includes Hemmelrath & Partners of Germany; Francois, Sagasser & Associes of France; Albertazzi & Associati of Italy; and Mazars y Asociados of Spain.

The firm will focus on real estate, financing, corporate restructuring, tax, and mergers and acquisitions. It will consist of more than 100 lawyers and 30 tax advisors, with offices in Barcelona, Bielefeld, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Madrid, Milan, Munich and Paris.

Marcuss Partners will become the law firm for the Mazars Group, which prompted the collaboration. The Mazars Group has 8,000 professionals in 42 countries.
