MBAF Promotes Marketing Team

Top 100 Firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra LLC announced a number of promotions in its Marketing Department, including the elevation of Hortensia Sampedro Hacker from director of marketing to chief marketing officer.

The firm also promoted Carolina Argiz Orozco to marketing and business development manager, and Jennifer Valdes and Valeria Sanchez to associate marketing managers.

Sampedro Hacker has been with the firm for nearly eight years, and in her new role she will oversee the development of brand strategy, corporate communications and publicity, the execution of community relations programs, and provide digital marketing and direct sales support, including training and coaching. She holds a BBA from the University of Miami and an MBA from New York University.

Argiz Orozco previously served as marketing and events coordinator. She will now work on new business development, while continuing with marketing responsibilities for special events and managing the firm's nonprofit sponsorships. Valdes and Sanchez previously served as marketing specialists, and will now have direct responsibility to execute the firm's marketing goals. Valdes will be responsible for the department's creative projects, including the design and production of all advertising projects, marketing collateral materials including business proposals, while Sanchez will be responsible for the department's direct marketing initiatives and database including digital initiatives.
