Michael D. McCraw, CPA, has joined Alabama firm Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino LLC as a member and director.
McCraw will serve clients in financial management, audit, tax planning, financial restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience serving as an outsourced chief financial officer.
Prior to joining WAKM, McCraw was managing principal of the Birmingham office of a CPA firm he co-founded in 2007; before that, he was a managing member with a regional CPA firm. He has also worked extensively in industry, holding various executive-level positions in construction, manufacturing and health care organizations.
A graduate of Troy University, McCraw also holds an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
