McGrath, a tax partner, co-leads the Manufacturing and Distribution Practice Group, and works in the firm's Winter Haven office.
Heald, an audit partner, oversees many of the firm's audit engagements, and is a member of the Technology Practice Group. He works in the Orlando office.
