Microsoft Selects mcaConnect for Industry Partner of the Year

Microsoft has selected Denver-based mcaConnect for the Dynamics Industry Partner of the Year 2013 award from over 3,000 entries based on its manufacturing customer achievements with Dynamics AX.

The firm will be recognized for the award at the 2013 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference this July in Houston.

More than 3,000 entries were collected from more than 100 countries; the award finalists and winners were selected from nominations based on their “commitment to customers, their solutions’ market impact and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies,” according to Microsoft.

This year, there were 44 awards that recognized each core partner competency, including cloud technology,  Windows 8, Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications, as well as other factors including entrepreneurism, citizenship and sales excellence.

“mcaConnect is particularly excited about winning Industry Partner of the Year 2013 because this is the first year that Microsoft has consolidated multiple Dynamics industry categories into a single award,” said mcaConnect president Claude Watson. “In previous years, distribution, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, public sector and retail each had a winner. For mcaConnect to achieve recognition as the winner for this award amongst our peers in every industry category is truly special.”

A complete list of categories, winners and finalists, including the 95 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year Award winners for 2013, is available.
