MNP to Merge in Calgary Firm

MNP, one of the largest Chartered Accounting firms in Canada said it would merge in Calgary-based Rahal Warren & Chugh, effective September 1.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1988, Rahal Warren & Chugh has a heavy client base in residential construction, a niche in which MNP currently has more than 200 clients. With the merger, MNP will add two partners: Peter Warren and Suresh Chugh, as well as six additional team members.

“Operating in Calgary for more than two decades, they [RW&C] bring a wealth of experience and more resources to complement our team,” said Daryl Ritchie, MNP’s chief executive.
