Moore Colson Hires New Partner

Elizabeth Miller has joined Moore Colson as a partner and will lead the firm’s Corporate Accounting Practice.

In her new role, Miller will assist clients with bookkeeping, compilations and payroll tax preparation services. 

Prior to joining Moore Colson, Miller spent more than 10 years as a partner at Miller Griffin & Co. LLP.  Before that she worked as a controller for Juneau Construction Co., but her career started at JE Dunn Construction Group’s division, R.J. Griffin & Co., where she served as a division accountant.  

Miller has more than 20 years of accounting experience and specializes in consulting with emerging companies in the construction, distribution, health care, and manufacturing industries, as well as information technology through the design, implementation and maintenance of internal accounting systems.  

Over the years, Miller gained experience as an IT consultant on a number of accounting software packages. She also had the opportunity to serve as a contract chief financial officer where she managed accounting departments, finalized financial statements, worked with lenders and surety agents, and helped management with job cost assessments.
