Moss Adams Launches Joint Venture Serving Financial Institutions

Top 100 Firm Moss Adams LLP and Colorado-based financial services consulting firm Marquis Banking Partners LLC have entered into a joint venture agreement to create Moss Adams Marquis Banking Advisors LLC, which will provide strategic and operational consulting services to financial institutions across the nation.

For more than 30 years, Moss Adams has provided tax, assurance, consulting and compliance services to financial institutions, including hedge funds, mortgage companies, credit union start-ups and traded organizations with assets of over $10 billion. Marquis Banking Partners’ operational and strategic planning work has served clients throughout the Rocky Mountain region for eight years.

Moss Adams Marquis Banking Advisors will broaden the merged firms’ consulting capabilities in: board advisory consulting, enterprise risk management, IT and security assessments, loan reviews, due diligence support services, operational and internal auditing, regulatory compliance outsourcing and consulting and strategic planning.
