Moss Adams merges in cybersecurity provider AsTech

Top 100 firm Moss Adams has expanded its cybersecurity consulting services by merging in AsTech Consulting, a cyber risk management firm that specializes in application and network security, secure development and security training.

The deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, will be completed November 1.

AsTech was founded in 1997 in San Francisco. The company started by working with financial institutions, designing and implementing secure network solutions. AsTech now provides a range of internet application security consulting services, including penetration testing, best practices and compliance programs, and training in areas such as incident response and secure coding techniques.

Thirteen professionals from AsTech will join Moss Adams, and Greg Reber, CEO and founder of AsTech, will join as partner.
