NetLedger Adds Lead to Invoice Tracking

San Mateo, Calif. (July 11, 2003) -- NetLedger Inc., makers of Oracle Small Business Suite, can now track marketing campaigns from lead generation through customer billing with its new Marketing ROI Manager.

The new capability is integrated with the company’s NetSuite Dashboard, allowing users to instantly view marketing campaign costs, results, and total return on investment at no additional cost.

“Having both marketing campaign management and order management in the same system is the secret to tracking ROI,” said NetLedger chief executive Zach Nelson. “From a sales process stand-point, you want to get the lead to the rep or partner as quickly as possible. Most [sales force automation] systems have some form of marketing management, but few have order management and use systems that are external to your SFA system. This means you have to import the information from a third-party system, which can take up to 24 hours.”

Marketing ROI Manager also allows real-time measurement of marketing effectiveness, including which campaigns and mediums have the best conversion rates, the most effective e-mail lists and search engine key words, what pricing and product promotions resulted in the most sales, and which e-mail messages have the highest click-through rates.
