New Partner at Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte

Stephanie L. Bartkowiak has been promoted to partner at Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte CPAs PC -- the youngest female partner in its 40-year history.

Bartkowiak joined the firm in 1999, and works on audit engagements for a wide variety of clients, including nonprofits, employee benefits plans, and governmental entities.

"In addition to her client work, Stephanie takes an active role in mentoring our junior accountants by organizing collaborative learning opportunities for the younger members of our firm," said managing partner Robert H. Kind. "She is a talented professional and we are pleased to have her as a partner at our firm."

Bartkowiak earned a BBA degree from Siena College.

Note: The original post of this item said that Bartkowiak was the firm's first female partner; there are, in fact, other female partners at the firm, but Bartkowiak is the youngest female to achieve the title. Our apologies for the error.
