Bay Sherman & Craig LLP, a firm in West Los Angeles, has joined NSBN LLP CPAs & Advisors, effective May 1, 2016.
The combined firms will operate under NSBN LLP’s name. As part of the deal, Michael B. Sherman, Peter M. Craig, Joseph B. Burton and Harold W. Jaffe have joined NSBN as partners, while Sharon C. McCauley has joined NSBN as a senior manager.
In addition to accounting, auditing and tax services, BSC offers strategic planning, financial planning, business management services, litigation and expert witness services, particularly in serving the media, publishing and trade show industries.
