Oak Street Funding, a unit of First Financial Bank that offers commercial financing for businesses, has opened a new website that allows CPAs to list or search for accounting practices for sale.

The site, CPA Practice Exchange, provides free nationwide exposure for sellers of CPA firms along with a free resource for those looking to acquire a CPA practice.

Buyers can participate in a Buyer Directory or search for practices for sale at https://cpapracticeexchange.com/buyers/. If they activate the Listing Alerts option, prospective buyers will be notified when practices in their desired area or areas become available for sale. Sellers can list a practice for sale and access the Buyer Directory, which offers direct access to potential buyers at https://cpapracticeexchange.com/sellers/.
