Parente Randolph has merged with Boyle, Brogan, Shusman & Nicastro, expanding Parente's office space and clientele in South Jersey.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger brings 17 BBSN professionals and staff members to Parente. Parente plans to relocate its New Jersey staff on Jan. 14 from Haddonfield to BBSN's Cherry Hill office, approximately doubling the size of its office to 9,500 square feet.

"The vibrant atmosphere of our new office space and added team members will give us greater presence in South Jersey, enabling us to attract and retain the best talent and provide the highest level of service to all of our clients," said John E. Rafter, a principal with Parente Randolph, in a statement. Parente Randolph ranked 31st on Accounting Today's list of the Top 100 Firms, with $67.2 million in revenue.

BBSN partners Rich Boyle, Jim Brogan, Dennis Shusman and Mark Nicastro will join Parente as part of the merger. Parente, based in Philadelphia, has 11 offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
