Dana Smith, CPA, has joined Philadelphia-based Top 100 Firm ParenteBeard LLC as a principal in the Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Group.
Smith brings over 18 years of experience in accounting, with a specialization in litigation support, and specific expertise in intellectual property and commercial disputes, and licensing management, among other things.
Prior to joining ParenteBeard, Smith served as a director in the forensics practice of Big Four firm PwC.
